TNE Civil was selected through competitive tender to deliver the formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement scope for the northern and southern dive structures on the Morley–Ellenbrook Line.

More than 20,000 m³ of concrete was placed across the project. Because conventional tie rods could not pass through the waterproofing membrane, TNE Civil used PERI single-sided formwork to construct liner wall pours more than seven metres high.

The team also delivered shotcrete and specialist epoxy grout injection, developed in collaboration with Fosroc to support the long-term durability of the construction joints.
