PEOPLE & OPPORTUNITY

Building Careers, Strengthening Communities and Creating Opportunity

Apprentices and trainees combine TAFE or structured coursework with hands-on site experience and mentoring. Participants gain practical exposure to varied civil construction work while building recognised skills, confidence and a clear pathway through the industry.
TNE Civil’s graduate program combines field-focused training, mentorship from experienced leaders and exposure to multiple stages of project delivery. Graduates develop practical capability through metropolitan, regional and remote work, including FIFO opportunities where appropriate.
TNE Civil is committed to respectful, long-term partnerships with Aboriginal communities, businesses and suppliers. Our collaboration with Binyardi Enterprises helps create pathways into civil construction through apprenticeships and roles in steel fixing, carpentry and general labour.
TNE Civil works to create a workplace where people from different cultures, backgrounds and identities feel respected, supported and able to contribute. We promote equal opportunity and professional development across every part of our business. Together with our partners and clients, we endeavour to meet diversity milestones, creating a workspace that fully leverages the capabilities of our employees and upholds the principle of equal chances for everyone. We take pride in setting a precedent. Our dedication to uplifting Women, ATSI, and LGBTIQ professionals in civil construction is unwavering. In line with our pledge to inclusion and diversity, we're building a comprehensive learning and development program tailored for budding female and ATSI team members.
